Hey Guy's,

Been fishing the moon river for the past week or so in various location's and having some decent luck. Let me start by saying I don't own a boat so all my fishing is done from shore, started finding areas were I could access the river with no issues from land owners and have a decent shot at catchin something, well had no luck anywhere from the 400 Hwy downstream to GB but once I headed up towards Bala I found the fish. In all 4 Pickerel (One being my PB at 19 1/2") and all the rest between 14"-16" and catch on large jucie dew worms, 3 Pike (again one being my PB at 34") and the rest between 23"-30" catch on Minnows and Spinners, lots of OOS smallies (they just could resist worms), ton's of rock bass and a wicked tan to start the 2010 summer season . Headed back out tonight as the eye's start hitting around 7-7:30pm.
